About CAMDM – Reference Data (SDS)

Reference Data is a key global function within Operations Shared Service supporting various verticals of the Bank and Shared Data Services is one of the, SDS facilitates client setup, account opening and all subsequent account maintenance, reporting and data capture, validation and data management. It is also responsible to maintain audit of all charges related to a client or counter party. It shares the Global reference data's mission to earn success every day by ensuring data is accurate, consistent and available to support the successful execution of financial transactions across our business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Leader with experience in Functional Test leadership skills with Good knowledge in Automation testing.
· Self-driven, is proactive and demonstrates initiative, and strong problem solving abilities.
· Has strong collaborative nature, and ability to see the whole picture.
· Person who has overall Test management responsibility who is ready to learn and start working on Automation script development.

Requirements

· Automation knowledge and willing to learn Framework Development using Test Complete.
· Proven ability to lead a team. Experience in Test planning, Estimation, work allocation and project tracking.
· Control and monitor testing progress, defect tracking and maintaining appropriate report/dashboard/metrics.
· Provides oversight/guidance to his/ her team on day to day activities (Analysis, design, execution, reporting)
· Adhere to the project testing schedules and flag immediately if there is a risk of slippage.
· Detailed hands on testing of new functionalities & regression of existing functionalities
· Identifying test conditions from project documentation and developing test cases which provide full coverage
· Liaise and work closely with the stakeholders in different phases of SDLC starting from requirements gathering phase until test completion. Coordination with the business stakeholders during the SIT & UAT stage as applicable
· Ability to work in global environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
· Work closely with developers, business stakeholders and act as an integral part of the software development team using an iterative development process.
· Experience of Scripting and Execution of Enterprise suit of Investment banking applications.
· Experienced in Analyzing Automation Results, Defect reporting and reporting of Results for each Releases.
· Knowledge of Developing & Executing Automation Test Suits in Agile Methodology
· Able to convert high-level test requirements into reliable, repeatable, and maintainable automation scripts.
· Strong Problem Analysis & Resolution skills.
· Experienced in SQL queries to perform backend testing.
· Flexible enough to support Automation Testing and move on to other Test Automation Tools as per Requirements and Organization Roadmap.
· Profound insight to determine priorities, schedule work, and meet critical deadlines.
· Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Knowledge of all types of testing – integration testing, system testing, functional testing, UI testing.
· Good Analytical skill, Good Communication skill, Interpersonal Skills, Proactive, Capability of thinking through a scenario.
