BUK Fraud Risk Management
The key will be to ensure alignment to our Global Risk Target Operating Model, whilst also delivering the overall BUK strategy. We will also look to see how we can continue to leverage best practice from all areas to deliver more effective and efficient Risk Management services, which in turn will enhance both our customer and colleague experiences. Role Purpose
· To provide/support the fraud strategy teams on delivering their objectives aligned to loss reduction, customer experience and delivery of new fraud strategies to detect, prevent and recover
Key Accountabilities
· Assist in developing and delivering fraud initiatives to achieve fraud loss targets working with stakeholders
· Support the team in driving fraud policy and strategy to achieve significant reduction in losses
· Undertake investigational analysis on fraud cases from different areas to help determine root causes. Providing feedback to applicable Stakeholders and creating new/amended working practices where applicable
· Assist in managing fraud services (systems and controls) to deliver appropriate strategies
· Provide input on behalf of relevant fraud portfolio into appropriate forum's, operational risk assessments and control reviews
· Assist in the production of high quality production of MI packs issued by the team
· Conduct system, process and control reviews make suggestions for improvement, engaging applicable stakeholders where required and responsible for delivering on recommendations
· Liaise with Operational areas in relation to fraud SLA's, ensuring performance targets are met and issues resolved at speed
· Work closely Fraud Operations to ensure systems, processes are optimal and in line with changes in fraud trends
· Liaise with stakeholders, such as Finance, Product Owners and Fraud Operations
· Provide subject matter expertise as required

· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
· Knowledge of process management and improvement methodologies
· Strong knowledge of customer base dynamics

· Legal and regulatory requirements relating to Financial Crime
· Knowledge of the market and trends
· Understand impact of policy changes on large customer base
· Extensive work experience within fraud risk environment
