Scope

·  Support MarketScape & GEM tools and users by managing data handling and process changes, problem solving and tracking and resolving issues 
·  Develop presentations detailing data handling processes and concepts
·  Create and maintain detailed process maps and user support documentation
·  Develop and distribute employee communications
·  Manage MarketScape Report development queue – including report requirements/mockups, data capture & development strategy, testing, implementation and setup/maintenance of report distributions
·  Administer MarketScape configuration documentation (Extended Attribute updates, Invoice Approvers, business rules, etc.)
·  Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of Marketing users, including training & user reference materials
·  Track metrics around activity volume and counts
·  Perform system/tool testing and validation
·  Project Manager for production releases, process changes and software upgrades

Required Skills:

·  Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards problem solving and solutions execution
·  Project management expertise - ability to organize, multi‐task, prioritize and work independently on several projects and deliver strategic solutions
·  Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
·  Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to assess, distill and communicate concepts, processes and related business drivers and tradeoffs
·  1-3 years business support, analytics and reporting experience
·  Bachelor's Degree
