JOB DESCRIPTION

·         The role supports Liquidity product management for the Latin America Region, covering Mexico, Brazil and the US. It also acts as liquidity sales advisor, supporting Sales with customized solutions for global multinationals, commercial clients and select local corporate clients including USD Clearing Financial Institutions.

·         This position will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to join a dynamic product management and solutions team with a focus on Local, Regional and Global liquidity solutions in the GTS (Global Transaction Services) division. Given the team’s broad coverage across both the Large Corporate and Commercial sales groups, there will be ample opportunity for the associate to directly engage and have exposure to multiple segments across the enterprise for the advancement of liquidity solutions sales. The candidate will receive hands-on learning, training, and exposure to a broad group of high performance professionals across the unit and division. This role has potential for future growth as the candidate’s skill set progresses as well as prevailing business needs.

Responsibilities include:

·         Creation, distribution and analysis of balance reports, balance monitoring and following up with Sales on remediation activities

·         Balance sheet management, Rate Requests analysis and deal evaluation

·         Manage early adopter programs for future rollout of liquidity products in region

·         Develop materials for solutions and training

·         Support the Liquidity Product Team in day to day activities including achieving efficiencies in implementations to improve time to revenue.

·         Sales support in client deals and RFP’s

Desired profile

REQUIRED SKILLS

·         Knowledge about the US, Mexico, Brazil  and Global liquidity solutions, and also about local nuances affecting multinational clients and their subs’ jurisdictions, impacting the scope of regional liquidity solutions.

·         Highly analytical and strong financial skills

·         B.S. / B.A. degree

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Strong inter-personal and organizational skills

·         Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships

·         Ability to negotiate SWIFT bilateral agreements with other banks to expand on our liquidity offering

·         Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese). Fluency in Portuguese in addition to English and Spanish would make the resource even more valuable.

·         A sense of urgency and tenacity in exceeding revenue, profitability, innovation, and speed to market goals that are delivered in a deliberate, inclusive, organized manner.

·         Highly developed skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and internal bank systems such as GPS-MIS, Navigator, etc

·         Knowledge of cash management in Latin America (in addition to Liquidity)
