OVERVIEW:

The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for helping digital marketing and partners across the line of business and marketing make data-driven business decisions. Day-to-day, this means supporting the Online Sales Experience team with ongoing reporting and data analysis across the business to identify trends, uncover insights and deliver recommendations to help accelerate www.merrilledge.com. This  is an opportunity to learn about the financial industry and digital marketing across various marketing channels, gain experience with presenting to upper management and work alongside a motivated and talented team.

·  Have a unique ability to get into the details and work through challenging problems, and communicate insights to various teams across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- degrees in finance, statistics, mathematics, business and or marketing a plus
·  Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint high proficiency)
·  1-3 years of experience with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis required, in addition to:
·  Knowledge of basic statistics.
·  Understanding of website optimization (A/B and MVT Tests)
·  Great communication skills with the ability to leverage data driven knowledge and apply to the site.
·  Impeccable attention to detail
·  Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure of very stringent deadlines
·  Pulse on digital technology and trends
·  Experience in financial services industry a plus

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

·  Creating and assisting with monthly/weekly digital analytics and optimization reporting and presentations
·  Partnering with business stakeholders to deliver adhoc reporting in a timely manner
·  Maintaining multiple digital analytics dashboards and work with technology teams to fix data errors
·  Identifying and evaluating new opportunities to drive incremental acquisition through enhancements to existing web capabilities and delivery of new concepts.
·  Developing relationships with key partners across the organization.
