Supply Chain Professional for the Hawk Supply Chain

Would you like to play a key role within the Hawk Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Professional? We currently have a vacancy to join the team based at our Samlesbury site.

As a Supply Chain Professional you will be supporting the timely delivery of the Supply Chain order book for spares/repairs across the Hawk customer base, including proactive query management through to resolution. This includes liaison with external customers to provide regular situation reports regarding delivery of their assets

Your main responsibilities as a Supply Chain Professional for the Hawk Supply Chain
will involve:

Supporting order book reviews with external customers, ensuring adequate preparation prior to these reviews (agenda, required data etc.)

Ensuring the Supply Chain order book is compliant with key export regulations, such as International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) & Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

Managing the timely delivery of assets to & from customers' premises, again ensuring regular communication with customers

Working across a number of functions & business areas to expedite both in-house & bought out spares & repairs ensuring items are delivered to customers, in accordance with the required delivery date.

Generating key statistics around the health of the Supply Chain order book, to support key internal Supply Chain/Support reviews, as well as external customer reviews

Supporting the drive for continuous improvement across the Supply Chain by highlighting areas of waste within your work area & driving the necessary improvements, in support of financial & operational targets

Your skills and qualifications:


Essential

Extensive operational Supply Chain knowledge & experience

Able to work across a range of stakeholders both internally & externally
Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable

IT knowledge including: IFS; COOP; IEDB

Salary: £31,085+
