PC-21 INSTRUCTOR PILOT

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BAE Systems as an Instructor Pilot (Basic), instructing on the PC-21 based in Riyadh.

BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. For such maintenance and training this role requires the following:

Skills and Experience

You must be a Qualified Flying Instructor, possessing a military background, who has accumulated a minimum of 1500 total flying hours, 800 of which will be as First Pilot. Your total Basic flying instructional hours will be in excess of 400, of which 100 hours will have been flown within the last 12 months.

You will be responsible to the Flying Wing Commander for flying instructional missions for cadets in accordance with appropriate Royal Saudi Air Force training syllabi.

This position also requires good people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground.
