HR Information Services Reporting Professional
BAE Systems are currently recruiting for a HR Information Services (HRIS) Reporting Professional to join the team based at Fulwood, Preston, reporting to the Team Supervisor.
You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and distribution of HR Reports, through the end to end processing of work packets.
You will proactively seek the resolution of queries relating to a range of key HR Information Services including System Administration and be responsible for managing a high volume of work to agreed service level specifications whilst seeking continuous improvement of business processes.
As a HRIS Reporting Professional your main responsibilities will involve:
Ensuring all reports and queries are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Achieving individual and team quantity and quality performance measures
Achieving all Contractual Measures and Key Performance indicators
Provide training and support to other team members for your area of expertise to increase knowledge levels and help create a multi-skilled team
Creating and improving business processes within the HR Information Services team
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all customer groups, including External Businesses, HR groups, Stakeholders and Internal colleagues
As a HRIS Reporting Professional your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Essential:
Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel at an advanced level
Familiarity with relational databases
Ability to work at a fast pace, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Prepared to work flexibly and support team members
Desirable:
Knowledge and understanding of VBA and SQL
Experience of working with SuccessFactors is an advantage
Experience of working in a multi-skilled environment
Experience of Process Improvement
Experience of training others

Salary: £20,681
