Job description



Attached to the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Paris, you will join the Trade and Asset Servicing (TAS) team as a Product Expert.

Product Expert are in charge to monitor and improve the accounting processes related to the booking of purchases and sales of securities, financial incomes and expenses for the AXA entities in his scope of responsibility. This monitoring activities is performed in Paris, main part of accounting activities being performed by the FSSC in India.

Product Experts team is overall monitoring the activities of around 100 FTE in India, in charge of booking around 800 000 transactions a month for around 200 AXA entities in 13 different countries.

Those activities will be performed in a highly international and changing environment.

Main responsibilities for the assignment

· In day to day job
· Support Indian team in management of queries and specific posting (2nd level support).
· Ensure the effectiveness and proper design of control environment
· Ensure the quality of deliverable and principally the monthly closing sign off on bookings as well as cash and custody reconciliation
· Coordinate the relationship with internal client and third parties for the entities in its scope of responsibility.
· Potentially provide ad hoc support to other CoE team if needed

· As project and development activities, Product Expert ensures
· Preventive and Corrective actions in case of errors
· Controls design and documentation maintenance
· Convergence activities among activities performed for the AXA entities using the platform
· SHIP solution enhancement and maintenance (business requirement, testing of IT changes and training to the team)
· Project Management for adjustment of the platform to new regulation, new scope integration, merger and acquisition among companies in scope
· Maintenance and Enhancement of information flow between teams and third parties.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Your profile / Experience :

5 years' experience in a similar position, in a Financial Department or in audit, Middle or Back Office or Fund accounting.

Technical and professional skills :

- Good knowledge of financial markets and instruments as well as general financial investment chain
- Project management, Audit, Middle office or fund accounting previous experience
- English mandatory
- Proficient use of Microsoft

Soft skills and competencies :

- Rigorous,
- At ease with international environments
- Highly collaborative team-oriented, who has proven ability to build relationships with technical and business resources
- Self-motivated and proactive, ability to work independently with minimal direct guidance,
