Job description



JOB PURPOSE/ MAIN OBJECTIVES

Be accountable of AXA Group Operations (AXA GO) products Operational Companies (OpCo) deployment on a product domain (Security). This is the main purpose to be achieved by the Product Business Partner.

He/She collaborates with the business and product team to support product integration within the OpCo and to support product continuous build & run within AXA GO Product.

Therefore, he/she is accountable for pre-sales, financial revenue, operational delivery and strategic evolution on a domain.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Support continuous build of solutions on a domain
· Collaborate with the product development teams to bring market trends and business requirements into the development process
· Regularly collect customer feedbacks to ensure improvement and contribute to product road map
· Be the client voice (on features, SLA, pricing model)
· Participate to Costing / Pricing End to End

Support RUN of solutions on a domain (Security)
· Ensure product Quality of Service as responsible
· Ensure that Target Operating Model is efficient
· Monitor product adoption
· Ensure volume reliability
· Set up a Customer focus group to test regularly Product attributes (features, SLA, pricing model…)

Market the products
· Adapt or build supports to the business /client strategy
· Listen and make proposals as an expert
· Support the customer in his strategy and integration of products in his IT
· Build client business case when necessary
· Share information's and pilot exchange sessions within AXA GO Product organization

Cultivate Product expertise
· MarketWatch
· Follow product training - bring a critical sense - challenge
· Assist in the creation of training courses

Support integration of global program
· Contribute to different program as expert (with program funding's)
· Build integration roadmap for entity

Manage product sales
· Consolidate Pipeline of opportunities, and commit on Forecast (on behalf of PO)
· In charge of monitoring product revenues and client savings

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor Degree in Business or Information Systems Management
·  Min. 7 years related experience with major product management
·  Client focused and service minded with strong business & commercial thinking
·  Excellent listening and strong communication and presentation skills, an ability to communicate complex technical subjects (IT and business) clearly and meaningfully in a way that facilitates understanding
·  Proven ability to facilitate meeting with large IT audience with outstanding presentation skills
·  Strong team player, including ability to work in multi-cultural team with limited or no hierarchical structures amongst them
·  Good leadership skills with the ability to identify and drive change with the ability to form own opinion and to influence the opinions of others
·  A to communicate at all levels regarding the key components of the model
·  Practical and structured understanding of Service Delivery processes
·  Practical, hands-on approach to deliver real results and to structure the environment in a way that is necessary to drive actions, when required
·  Action/results oriented, energetic and positive to drive key activities and initiatives to completion that meet the joint goals of AXA Group Operations and its partner through sound judgment and decision-making ability
·  Financially aware, able to build cost benefit analyses and understanding of service provision business models
·  Stay aware of IT market/trends evolution
