Job description

· perform receptionist duties for AXA IM Core Brussels (CORE, 14 people)
· co-ordinate meeting room bookings and tidiness of meeting rooms (+ access badges)
· provide support to local COO specialist
· preparation of events (printing, stapling, management of agendas) and organization of professional lunch
· responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and to ensure the office is running smoothly: general office administration, maintain stationary inventory & pantry supplies (paper orders, small office equipment, archives...)
· mail management incl. management of the general e-mail address of AXA IM Brussels (daily)
· follow up of various subscriptions (parking lots, public transport, newspapers, etc.)
· personal assistant of local CEO & Head of WE Institutional (meetings, agenda)
· liaison officer between HR ops (Paris) & AXA Belgium (fleet, insurance products)
· assist in social events, Health & Safety (1 st aid kit, medical examinations, blood donations, flu vaccines) and Projects / Reporting + ad hoc tasks & projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education/Qualifications

·  College or University Graduate
·  Preferably with administration and secretarial training

Experience

·  Approximately 3-5 years working experience
·  Capable of administering small office environment

Knowledge and Skills

·  Good command of MS Office and Outlook
·  Good written & oral communication skills in French, Flemish & English
