Position summary:

AXA and ING have signed a partnership with the aim to crack digital bancassurance across 6 markets (France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Australia) in 3 business areas: living, mobility and wellness.

In this context, a fully dedicated team has been created to implement & manage this partnership with the various AXA entities & teams involved but also with ING teams.

Together, we will shape the market, building a scalable international platform that unifies multiple markets, creating one ecosystem of protection propositions and experiences across Life and Non-life products.

We are therefore looking for dynamic, curious and result-oriented people to join the team and project !

Key responsabilities:

In a start-up environment, as HR and Communication Officer, you will support the HR Business Partner of AXA/ING partnership in performing a large scope of HR and communication missions.

You will be responsible for :

• Acting as a trusted advisor for employees on HR solutions, policies and processes
• Implementing and delivering all people related processes for the partnership leveraging on AXA HR practices and tools
• Managing the recruitment process : sourcing, interviews and proposal
• Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for new joiners
• Supporting employees on Performance Management topics
• Building a strong communication plan and delivering concrete actions to foster collaboration between AXA and ING
• Developing our employer branding : communication through social network,…
• Contributing in various HR and communication projects: team building, training, talent management,…

Position context:

We offer a huge challenge and great fun !
You will be working directly in the central team of AXA/ING partnership. The work location is Paris 8 – WeWork.

- Master-level degree in HR or Business School
- First experience in an international environment
- Strong HR generalist knowledge
- Fluent in English : excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Pack office / Outlook
