Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
· Lead and support claims entities in designing and executing AI-driven transformation strategies.
· Identify opportunities for AI deployment to improve claims efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders—to develop and implement AI solutions.
· Stay abreast of the latest AI and technology trends, assessing their applicability within the claims domain.
· Facilitate change management and adoption of AI tools across different entities.
· Develop best practices, frameworks, and roadmaps for scalable AI implementation.
· Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone passionate about AI, with a strong appetite for business transformation design, with the following experience and skills:
Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Proven experience in leading digital or AI transformation projects, ideally within insurance or financial services.
· Solid understanding of claims processes, insurance operations, and customer journeys.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Proven experience in transformation, change management strategic consulting, and or AI or tech-related projects management
· Experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks is a plus
· Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ethical considerations in AI.
Skills
· Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
· Skilled in project planning, risk management, and governance frameworks.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Proactive, innovative, and a self-starter with a strong appetite for learning and experimentation.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across central and local teams.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required for central and local operations management.
