As a future Application Analyst, you will report to Head of OTC Technology, and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO.

Business Analyst in the OTC perimeter. Provide end users with high added value support, tools and processes in a timely manner by supporting and building tomorrow’s applications leveraging existing solutions such as Simcorp Dimension (Vendor tool) or applications internally developed.

Your role and responsibilities will include to:

  • Contribute to modelling of derivatives in our investment book of record (Simcorp Dimension) and supporting end to end life-cycle for OTC transactions
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the business concepts and translate these into design and implementation of business solutions which improve efficiency and operational capability
  • Manage the delivery against agreed milestones and objectives ensuring that the expected efficiency gains are realised
  • Agile SDLC - participate in the transformation to an agile environment through the development of agile tools ie automated testing and release, code quality tool
  • Engage with dedicated squads made of developers & Tech Leads and define user stories + prioritise their backlogs, implement agile concepts within the squad
  • Contribute to the support of the developed applications
  • Continue to grow your skills by learning from others and participating to trainings

Your qualifications and experience:

·  Master degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science field or equivalent
·  Proven first experience in technology within the financial services industry (ideally Asset Management) building applications with an agile development methodology
·  Deep understanding of the Asset Management value chain, especially the Front Office, Trading and middle office workflows
·  Deep understanding of OTC instruments
·  Business analysis and/or support experience
·  Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of front and middle office concepts
·  Ability to communicate well with business representatives and technology staff
·  Ability to influence peers in both the business and technology areas
·  Proven experience involving Azure DevOps : user stories creation, backlog management…

·  Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
·  Collaborative style with a demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
