Job description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the ANAPLAN tool within AXA IMRA by supporting Business users in their modelling activities, but also by interacting with IT teams to improve the tool and to implement it outside Europe (US and ASIA PAC)

Key Accountabilities:

· Be the key contact within the AXA IM RA Business teams (Asset Management and Development , Fund Management) and Middle Office teams in Europe with regard to regular activities performed in the tool ANAPLAN (Asset budget, 10 years Asset Cash Flows, External valuations process, Fund budgets)
· Become the functional expert of the ANAPLAN tool, ie. understand how it has been configured and implemented. In this context, understand how to translate Business strategies into ANAPLAN in the most efficient manner
· Assist the Business teams in performing the Asset Budgets, Asset Cash Flows and Fund Budgets (Accounting and Cash view) in ANAPLAN. As part of this, participate in the related processes and provide user support
· Propose evolutions and new functionalities resp. processes in order to improve ANAPLAN
· Participate in the quarterly reviews and decision meetings with the Business Application owner to evaluate the performance of the tool and to prioritize the evolutions and projects with the Business Application owner
· Follow up on evolutions deployment and ensure Business teams are informed and trained
· Organize and lead/animate ANAPLAN training sessions/seminars for ANAPLAN users (internally and externally)
· Be the interface (Central Process Owner) between the Business teams and the Application support team (AXA GO) as well as between the Asset Controlling and the Central team. If required, facilitate the communication
· Manage and monitor the external users’ access (primarily Property Managers) to ANAPLAN in line with the annual licenses budgeted. Participate in the annual forecast with Property Managers and Local Heads of Asset Management.
· Control and coordinate the ANAPLAN invoicing process with Property Managers
· Report regularly to the Application Business Owner on ANAPLAN usage with respect to KPIs and users’ satisfaction level
· Participate in the ANAPLAN implementation of Asia/Pac and the US under project mode

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education/Qualifications

·  High school or University degree
·  Preferably Engineer

Experience

·  2-4 years experience in a similar role or in a relevant professional context
·  Experience in ANAPLAN or other similar modelling tool
·  Experience and understanding of investment management sector sector would be appreciated

Knowledge and Skills

·  Knowledge in modelling activities
·  Knowledge in Asset Management in Real Estate sector would be appreciated
·  Fluent in English, French would be a plus
