AXA Funds Management S.A. (“AFM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA-IM, is a Luxembourg based management company duly approved by the CSSF under Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg Law 2010. As at November 30th, 2015, AXA Funds Management S.A. is the Management Company of 15 Luxembourg FCPs and SICAVs (UCITS and AIFs). The Management Company’s total number of sub-funds is around 110 representing a large variety of expertise and a total asset under management of around € 50 billion.
In the context of its extension, AFM is looking for professional individual to contribute and assist the team.
Key responsabilities:
- Ensure robust, efficient oversight and operational models are in place to fulfil regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate the communication between our Outsourced Service providers and our internal business units to provide a positive client experience.
- Supports the Manager liaise with internal departments as a point of expertise / escalation in respect of our Outsourced Service Providers.
- Monitor and support change managment between AXA IM and our Outsourced Service Providers.
- Contribute and partake in the implementation of new products or projects related to the business with our Outsourced Service Provider.
- Contribute to service review group meetings, monitor KPI’s and the quality of service delivered by our Outsourced Service Providers are at high standards and maintained.
- Monitor, control, that the payment of invoices and relevant Out Of Pocket expenses related to our Outsourced Service Providers are executed promptly and accurately.
- Enhance and perform the required administrative tasks in order to support the Outsourced Service Providers and internal functions.
- Contribute when required to the AXA IM standard Due Diligence program.
- Ensure SLAs with Outsourced Service Providers are reviewed regularly and are up to date to meet our on-going business and regulatory needs.
- Based on your functional role, focus on certain areas of expertise will be required, but cross training across all functions is required to understand the full scope and provide coverage (FA, TA, Financial Reporting, Finance)
Profile:
Education/Qualifications
- University degree.
- Any additional degrees, qualifications or certifications are a plus.
Experiences
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry and products.
- Understanding of the asset management business.
- Experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
- An understanding of Operations of an Asset Management Company.
- Ability to obtain and expand knowledge of operations developing the requried technical skills / expertise.
- Ability to identify risk, reflext to escalate and support bring to a safe conclusion.
Competencies
- Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work well within a team
- Client, results and solutions oriented.
- Ability to monitor KPI’s and other performance indicators in respect of our Outsourced Service Provider.
