Missions:
Under the responsability of Head of local Compliance & Legal :
- Ensure backup of Head of Compliance & Legal
- validate sales & marketing presentation done locally to institutional/retail audience (in French and Dutch);
- check adherence of marketing support/publicity with applicable laws and regulations ;
- ensure ex-ante validation of marketing documents (BtoC, Funds Highlights) by the regulator (FSMA, AMF) (especially in light with the previous regulatory fine);
- monitor new legislation, regulations
- Regulatory filings
- AML, client onboarding (KYC), Due diligence distribution
- Legal support regarding the Corporate housekeeping
Profile:
- Education: Master in Law
- Experience: no or low ; small experience in finance is a plus
- Languages: French, English (and ideally Dutch)
- Hard worker, serious and professional, organized
- Teamwork
