We are looking for an experienced Concierge Agent with excellent customer service to join our dynamic concierge team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation that provides an international high-quality service.The role is versatile and stimulating with a wide variety of enquiries from the tourists around the world (examples of requests may include: to suggest places to visit in Paris, to recommend a restaurant for a customer traveling in Italy, to make any reservations at local establishments, to book flights or tickets to shows, to rent a luxury vehicle, to organise flower delivery, to acquire several rare items upon request of the guest, etc.).The position consists of offering tourists a quality customer service by phone and by email (ratio of 50%) but also conducting research (50%) to respond to customer requests.If you are looking for a challenging and a non-routine position, this is a great opportunity for you!!

Desired profile

Qualifications :


A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (hotel service or tourism is an asset);

Bilingual French/English; another spoken language is a plus;

Diploma in the tourism (a plus);

Proven customer service skills;

Positive attitude, very strong customer service skills;

Excellent communications skills;

Very good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;

Flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision;

Team spirit and resourceful;

Strong organizational skills.


Flexible shifts: Shifts are between 8:00am and 10:00pm on weekdays and weekends

Currently, the operational needs are in the evening;

Employment status: Full time (37.5h) permanent position

Vacation: 3 weeks of vacation (6% of time worked)

Insurance: Group insurance premium fully paid by the employer after 6 months of employment

OPUS: 10% of public transportation fees covered by the employer after 6 months of employment

Training: Complete training provided

Location: in the heart of down-town Montreal, next to McGill metro
