Embedded Basic Software Development - Expert Engineer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:
·  Create and analyze requirements for embedded software according to Autosar standard
·  Implement and configure software according to requirements
·  Create and execute tests maintaining full traceability with requirements
·  Solve complex problems with scope, debugger, schematics and code
·  Develop Autosar Complex Device Drivers
·  Mentor and guide younger engineers

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  Successfully finished studies of Electronics
·  At least 3 years of experiences in automotive domain
·  Minimum 4 years of commercial C/C++ programming for microcontroller devices, preferably in area of control systems
·  In-depth knowledge on microcontroller devices (architectures, memories, peripherals, interrupts…)
·  Autosar Basic Software framework and configuration tools experience
·  Experience in multicore microcontrollers
·  In-depth knowledge on Real Time Operating Systems (tasks, semaphores, queues…)
·  Solid understanding of MISRA C, ISO 26262, Automotive Spice, V Model, Agile standards
·  Strong focus on reusability, quality and testing (review, static analysis, TDD…)
·  Able to guide and mentor younger developers – knowledge sharing is a must
·  Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
·  Analytical and conceptual capabilities
·  Very good English skills,Polish and/or German is a plus
·  Personality is more than anything else!
