Department:

Finances and Accounting

Full Time / Temporary - 37.5 Hours Per Week. To take ownership of the expenses system, reviewing, posting and paying expenses. To administer purchase ledger payments. To reconcile balance sheet, purchase ledger and employee expense accounts.

Your Responsibilities:
·  •To check submitted expenses comply with the expenses policy and post them to SAP
·  •To be the key user for the expenses system, resolving queries with employees
·  •To make payments to suppliers and staff for expenses on a regular basis e.g. cheque or BACs, posting the payments to SAP
·  •To reconcile the control accounts in the ledgers at the end of each month
·  •To revalue sales and purchase ledgers at month to reflect changes in foreign exchange rates
·  •To prepare the accruals & prepayments and agree them to SAP
·  •To prepare and review the company Balance Sheet and balance sheet recs
·  •To manage stock including demo stock, ensuring that it is tracked properly
·  •To assist other members of the Accounts Team as required
·  •Any other task reasonably requested by senior management within the skills and role of the job. Annual Remuneration: Competitive

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  •AAT qualified OR QBE with at least 3 years of accounting experience
·  •Knowledge of SAP highly desirable, or other financial system essential
·  •Excellent MS Excel skills and general IT skills essential
·  •High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·  •Good numerical skills
·  •Good verbal and written communication skills
·  •Ability to learn quickly.
