Role Description

So much to do!! Aviva Health is undergoing significant change and needs a good Solution Designer to help us.

Solution Designer or Solution Architect? Do you know the difference? Is there a difference? Both require excellent communication skills, a good understanding of technology, end-to-end thinking, patience and tenacity. Work within an enterprise level team, with a solution design community of over 60 people, as well as with your local small agile team. Can you scale up and scale down?

Your solution domain cuts cross a wide range of technology, from mainframe to AWS to mobile apps, so with a Digital First strategy in place we need you to help us change, fast. So, can you combine comprehensive design thinking with Agile to deliver the best designs in the shortest times?

How would you align EA oversight with Agile delivery? I have a view, but may be you could improve on it?

I do not want a robot, I want a problem solver with good people skills. I want opinions; I want my team to be interested and interesting. And I want someone who can help me create that.

Skills and Experience

If you understand what this role is about then you know the skills I need, so make sure your CV highlights these. In terms of experience, I need to see evidence of end-to- end design and full project life cycle exposure. Agile experience is beneficial but not required.
