A bit about the job:
In this role it is expected that you will be able to complete monthly Scheme Health Checks (SHC) to a good standard, supporting schemes in the best way possible, building trust and confidence in our Customer Service. You will have responsibility for being the main point of contact for a variety of schemes and will be expected to build strong, professional relationships with both your clients and fellow colleague.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Previous knowledge of client relationship management would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrating the ability to build trusted and transparent relationships quickly and effectively.
Accountability for your customers and service their needs in a competent, professional, and timely manner
The ability to carry out the role in a proactive manner, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Strong customer focus, understanding of systems thinking methodology and use of data to improve the service experience for our customers.

Starting salary between £22,000 and £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
