Privileged Access Management Analyst

We are looking for a positive, dedicated and hardworking Privileged Access Management Analyst for our Markham location office (hybrid of in office and work from home).

This is an outstanding role and you will be part of our IT Care Team that requires teamwork and someone collaborative.

What you’ll do

·  Liaise with Global PAM support team for market PAM processes
·  Provide critical issue support within market to SLT when requested
·  Ensure communications, training materials and approaches align with local market best practices
·  Local point of contact for escalations to Global PAM team
·  Provide mentorship to global pam team on local market processes
·  Raise and supervise PAM on-boarding requests as part of privileged access processes
·  Ensure any legacy access has been removed following on-boarding to CyberArk
·  Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, third party users and brokers through on-boarding, access changes and off-boarding.
·  Perform user administration across various applications and systems including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP and assorted business facing applications.
·  Supervise and enforce password management controls within PAM solution for local market
·  Review of weekly password compliance reports
·  Coordination with Sr leadership and IT teams for return to tolerance plans
·  Build reporting to Sr leadership on compliance metrics
·  Collaborate with local and global teams on approach and status of on-boarding within local market
·  Validate globally published monthly reporting metrics for local market
·  Supervise and support local teams for deviations of PAM standard inquiries.
·  Serve as a domain expert in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of all local PAM roadmap projects.
·  Support privileged access triage as part of access review cycles
·  Collaborate with local partners to understand priorities for on-boarding
·  Work closely with the Infosec team to ensure solution meets security standards and controls set for local market
·  Collaborate with global PAM team on dormant account/recertification process
·  Provide local oversight of process and impact to market
·  Collaborate with multiple teams for PAM/IAM process development, for resolutions, efficiencies and improvement

What you’ll bring

·  Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
·  Experience with CyberArk
·  CyberArk Trustee certification
·  Knowledge of UNIX systems basics, active directory, LDAP systems
·  Solid grasp of identity management, single sign on, and security concepts
·  Strong with MS Excel and VBA scripting
·  Capability to adapt to changes as processes are always evolving and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
·  Outstanding collaborative teamwork
