Job description
Traineeship Description:
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Office and interfaces with internal stakeholders from the various functions in the company and within IT function. Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:
1. Assist the PMO Manager to track project status, costs and timeline from the Project Managers
2. Utilise spreadsheets and tools to track budgets, dates, benefits realisation and other request information
3. Conduct Project review to ensure compliance with the Change Management Business Standards
4. Assist the PMO Manager to prepare the presentation slides for the Transformation Committee meetings
5. Co-ordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:
1. Understand the best practice in project management and how to conduct review to ensure compliance with the standards
2. Learn to prepare presentation slides and minutes taking
3. Observe and participate in Transformation Committee meetings with senior leaders in the Company
4. How to engage internal stakeholders and external vendors professionally
Highest Qualification:
Polytechnic Diploma
Duration of Traineeship/s:
9 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships :
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
c. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
