Great new role here at Aviva working in a fantastic team of truly great people as we look to bolster our PMO function!

The PMO team is a high performing and highly valued team, within Aviva’s Group Transformation function, which plays a key role in supporting our change community delivery our Change Portfolio to deliver Aviva’s strategy. The team works alongside other Business & IT professionals, in cross-functional teams, providing dedicated front-line PMO services to deliver industry changing solutions which have our customers’ interest at the heart.

The role is fast paced, and no two days are the same. You will be working at the heart of our strategic programmes, setting the standards and being the source of tools, approaches and guidance.

You will steer programmes towards a steady state through application of the right governance, planning, risk, issues and financial management.

Responsibilities and Experience required

· 
Providing day to day support of the Programme Director/Manager for complex and large scale projects across the key PMO pillars (Governance / Planning / Risk / Financials) so that we can;

· 
Call out issues/trends/impacts, identifying themes and areas for investigation to support delivery (Planning)

· 
Act on behalf of the “Bank Manager” and ensure agreed investment money is spent appropriately and action is taken where it is not

· 
Preferably PMO experience with a solid record of delivering change relationship management skills with stakeholders

· 
Have an understanding of key change management tools e.g. Galaxy, PPM, JIRA

Salary of up to £35,000 depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications
