Job description

This role is accountable for Reporting and Analytics spanning all facets of the People Function.

What you’ll do

· 
Pulling and compiling data spanning several data sources including: Learning management System(Cornerstone), Workday and Qlik

· 
Reviewing internal and key vendor data to identify trends and key insights for action

· 
D&I and Exit Interview reporting and insights

· 
Responsible for analyzing the data and sharing conclusions/recommendations with the People Function team

· 
Reviewing external trends and industry benchmarks

· 
Cyclical reporting including: Compliance training completion, Performance year-end reporting, monthly reporting

· 
Conducting “what if” scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific HR initiatives

· 
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and modeling with HR data

HR System Administration and Other Projects

· 
Migration of People Metrics scorecard to Qlik and alignment with finance plans

· 
Best practices on People MI data utilization – build where we could elevate

Key performance indicators:

· 
Accurate and timely reporting on both ad-hoc and cyclical requests

· 
Elevate the quality and depth of People reporting and analytics over time

What you’ll bring

· 
Undergraduate degree

· 
Financial knowledge

· 
Excel superuser with the ability to design best in class HR reporting

· 
Reporting and data analytics expert who understands the HR environment

· 
Strong communication skills

· 
Attention to detail; accuracy

· 
Curious mindset to delve into data and identify trends

· 
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively to achieve results

· 
Strong organizational skills and proven track record to prioritize a high volume of tasks

· 
Ability to work in a face paced environment

· 
Aptitude/Proficiency in working with database systems

· 
3-5 years experience in reporting and analysis(preference in HR)

· 
Prior Workday reporting experience strongly preferred

· 
Experience using large sets of HR data and bringing data together

· 
Workforce Planning/Forecasting (Preferred)
