Operational Risk Reporting Analyst - London
London, UK Sales
Job description
Operational Risk Reporting Analyst - London
This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to expand their operations risk experience while working as part of a successful and encouraging team.
A bit about the job:
The successful candidate will work within the risk reporting team and the wider operational risk team to ensure that Aviva Investors continues to maintain a robust risk and control environment and meets its regulatory requirements.
This is achieved by supporting the senior management team in collating and preparing consolidated risk event reports and analyses.
Your responsibilities will be maintaining the monthly risk reporting KRI dashboard, where exceptions are identified resulting in amber, red, or material fluctuations, investigating the reason, and acquiring and challenging the business's proposed remedial actions for exceptions. You will have the opportunity to own the investigation of risk events daily, supervise remediation and approve closed events, liaise with critical team members to ensure that risk events are reported in a timely manner, and call out to senior management where needed.
You will assist in preparing the non-complex and moderately sophisticated data analysis and deep dives to support client and in-house risk event reports in a timely manner due for submission to Aviva Investors Committees, forums, and other governance groups as advised and approved by the Senior Manager

·
has a good appreciation for working globally and is sensitive to cultural diversity.
