We have an excellent opportunity for candidates wishing to gain asset management experience on a variety of mixed-use properties and gain an insight into a wide range of disciplines including property management, portfolio management, redevelopment, acquisitions and disposals. 

Join our motivated and supportive team of professionals for this exciting opportunity to grow and deliver in a multi-faceted and active environment. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract based in Cherrywood Business Park.

The role entails assisting in the ongoing management of a portfolio of properties with the overall objective of maximising the rental and capital growth potential of the portfolio within a framework of good estate management. 

Some of the key responsibilities involve:

· 
Assisting and supporting the Senior Asset Manager in ensuring effective and efficient management of multiple properties

· 
Assisting in the management and monitoring of the performance of assigned properties within the property portfolio, minimising risk and maximising profits

· 
Assist in the negotiation of new lettings, lease renewals and re-gears

· 
Working closely with the Property Management teams to ensure the smooth and efficient management of assets

· 
Be responsible for financial management of properties to ensure all monies due to the Company are received and all payments to third parties are made

· 
Cross check valuations received on assigned properties and provision of supporting data

· 
Negotiate with third party suppliers to ensure best value for money achieved

· 
Ensure a good working relationship with tenants, contractors, design teams and third parties and be an ambassador for the Company in relation to dealings with third parties, ensuring quality service delivered by consultants and to tenants

Skills & experience we are looking for:

· 
Fully qualified to degree or diploma level in a property related course

· 
Desire to complete APC if not already achieved

· 
Some previous property industry experience desirable

· 
Strong commercial awareness with focus on results

· 
Numerate and accurate with analytical mindset

· 
Excellent communication skills

· 
Good team player
