There's more to a job than the results you achieve and the money you’re paid.

As a company, we at Aviva are just as focused on our employees as we are our customers. We are looking for individuals to consistently deliver high standards of service, accuracy and efficiency and promote Group Protection scheme administration through positive interaction with all customers.

About the Job

We currently have vacancies for Group Protection Administrators in the city centre of Norwich. Group Protection is made up of three products: Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness.

You’ll be providing excellent customer service skills including problem resolution, telephone techniques, numeracy, literacy and communication skills through dealing with daily queries, processing scheme renewals and accounts work. You’ll possess the ability to work within a close knit team as well as under your own autonomy. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our panel of intermediaries to help us retain our existing portfolio of business and contribute towards winning new business.

Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. We operate flexible hours around this where additional hours can be accrued and allow for time off around our core hours of 10-4.

As well as being rewarded for their exceptional performance, our open and inclusive culture means our people are inspired to do more and encouraged to challenge the way we do things.
