This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

An administrators role has arisen in the Group Protection team, based in Cherrywood.

You will report to the Team Leader and work within a team of 12 people.

The position includes full ownership for the administration of a Group Protection portfolio. You will work closely within our renewal administration team and their designated broker panel to deliver a first-class customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

· 
Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers or brokers

· 
Build relationships to understand what the customer or broker really needs

· 
Work closely with other members of the team

· 
Deal with customer complaints and log appropriately

· 
Ensure we meet our obligations under the Compliance Protection Code (CPC)

· 
Balance a portfolio of schemes

Skills & Experience required

· 
Good knowledge of Group Protection / Pensions environment, the business processes/products and platforms/systems

· 
Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification (or equivalent) or pension qualification is an advantage

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· 
Strong problem-solving skills

· 
Ability to quickly build positive relationships at all levels

· 
Good planning and time management skills

· 
High energy and passion for customer service and delivery

· 
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
