Finance Officer – Luxembourg
This is a great job for someone who has experience and knowledge in accounting and analytical skills.
A bit about the job:
Within this role as a Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in all financial activities of the company. Your main accountabilities will be to oversee the finance activities delegated to group entities notably encompassing bank reconciliations, GL daily & monthly accounting entries and suppliers’ invoices payment processing. You will need to ensure invoice processing (raising and payments) is up to date and any long outstanding invoice is actioned. You will need to be able to provide assistance on audit requests, preparation of board packs and annual accounts and in addition to this assist on various group and regulatory reporting, notably including VAT preparations, CSSF quarterly reports, and minimum capital – liquidity monitoring. Alongside this you will be accountable for the involvement on ad-hoc queries from group’s finance team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Desire to provide a superior internal and external client service
·
Excellent level of English, French and/or German is a plus
·
Must be highly organized and detailed / efficiency orientated
