What you’ll do

Aviva Direct is looking for an exceptional communicator with strong copywriting abilities to join our team as a full-time Creative Copywriter. This role will be responsible for delivering the brand voice, creating content on Aviva Direct’s online & offline properties, including website, digital journeys, marketing campaigns & communications. The role will support new and exciting initiatives, as well as contribute to the authoring process on the Aviva Direct website and digital journeys. This individual will possess exceptional copywriting skills, with a strong ability to influence others, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and work collaboratively and confidently with multiple stakeholders.

· 
Collaborate & contribute to Aviva Direct’s digital content strategies by supporting product owners across platforms with copywriting needs.

· 
Create processes for maintaining and evolving brand tone of voice for various audiences

· 
Work collaboratively on compelling brand stories for Aviva Direct and craft copy to help shape consistent a brand experience

· 
Provide copywriting and UX writing services (writing short and long form content) to articulate the brand voice across multiple platforms *websites, digital applications and tools

· 
Creating, review and edit content for initiatives across Aviva Direct, with a focus on Marketing & Customer experience, ensuring compliance to deadlines and process

· 
Provide actionable insights on trends, innovations, and competitive landscape to inform the creation of future approaches for Aviva Direct.

What you’ll bring

· 
A minimum of 5 years writing experience for brand-oriented companies and/or agency

· 
Ability to simplify and articulate messages to adapt content to various audiences

· 
Expertise in content development and creation for UI/UX, and Marketing advertising

· 
Familiarity with SEO and how it applies to Marketing copy

· 
Ability to lead and execute at various levels, balancing both strategy & marketing execution

· 
Strong people skills, the ability to develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, and ability to work within a team

· 
Self-directed and organized to prioritize projects, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment

· 
English and French language is an asset
