We are currently looking for a smart and motivated DevOps engineer with a passion for automation to develop our DevOps tools and culture to enable efficient, quicker delivery of quality software.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of internet operations and technologies and a desire to create scalable, reusable solutions as part of an Agile team.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Implementing and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS
· Implementing and managing systems that are highly available and scalable on the AWS platform
· Design, manage and maintain tools to automate processes
· Supporting production applications on AWS
· Defining and deploying monitoring systems on AWS
· Programming and scripting against the AWS APIs
Essential Knowledge:
· Expert in supporting production applications on AWS or other cloud technologies
· Experienced in scrum and agile
· Expert Linux skills
· Experienced in monitoring tools, frameworks and processes
· Expert in scripting and experience programming against the AWS APIs
· Experienced in full automation and configuration management using puppet
· Familiar with penetration testing and intrusion detection systems
Essential DevOps Tools:
· Vagrant, Bash/PowerShell Scripts, Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, Linux Admin, Window
Amazon Web Services (AWS):
· Cloudformation, EBS, Route 53, S3 ELB, RDS
