Customer Service Advisor

Salary between £19,700 - £26,800

We want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40-hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £26,800 .

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be a part of our phenomenal team, to support with client and customer requests within our Savings and Retirement division. 

As the Customer Service Advisor, you must be flexible in your approach and able to prioritise tasks with ease. This is a fast-paced role with fantastic opportunities for growth and development, you will need to be passionate about doing the right thing for every customer, an excellent communicator and be confident to challenge processes and escalate when necessary.

A bit about the job:

· 
Work as part of a team, in delivering better business support, to enable better customer outcomes

· 
Work under own initiative and prioritise a wide variety of tasks effectively

· 
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers by telephone, e-mail or in writing in a clear, concise and polite manner

· 
Identify opportunities and own actions to improve processes and reduce failure/waste through root cause identification and what matters to the customer

· 
Collaborate with multiple internal business areas in order to improve the customer journey

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Positive in attitude and keen to support the team and others

· 
Proactive and can work at pace whilst prioritising workload

· 
An excellent communicator both externally and internally among peers and colleagues

· 
Has good IT and communication skills

· 
Pension experience preferred but not essential as full training is provided

Salary between £19,700 - £26,800 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
