Creative Designer - £25,000 to £30,000 for Bristol or York locations
We are keen to find a talented, creative professional, who has prior experience working within a design studio or in-house creative team and is now keen to secure an exciting role working for one of the UK’s leading Financial Services providers. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who prides themselves of their knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (this is an essential for the role), who also can showcase a wide variety of creative mediums within their portfolio – i.e., animation, motion, email design and illustration etc.
A bit about the job:
You will be assisting the Creative Team in designing and developing on brand creative assets to a consistently high quality – this will be across a range of digital channels and formats including social and email design. Ensuring that design solutions meet the brief in question, as well as meet business objectives, customer insights and brand requirements will be key. Great attention to detail and the ability to produce innovative, engaging concepts are crucial to the role. You will collaborate with Senior Designers and the Studio Manager as well as keeping key stakeholders updated with project progress, ensuring a team-player approach to completing tasks to a high standard.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our Bristol or York offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Prior experience working in either an in-house, or agency, design studio
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in animation, motion and illustration would be highly beneficial
Brilliant team player and collaborative working style
Exposure of working across digital channels including email design and html
What you’ll get for this role:
Annual salary of £25,000 to £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
