This is a great job for someone who is a subject matter expertise in operations transitions, on-boarding, custody set ups within Asset Management.

A bit about the job:

A key member of the Aviva Investors Investment Operations Oversight team responsible for driving value from global strategic service providers.

The role is critical to ensuring the client operations transitions service line is maintained and provides the opportunity to further embed and enhance best practice in Aviva Investors operating model. The role will maintain effective and efficient risk management, in line with agreed risk appetite, including where necessary relevant supplier management and outsourced arrangements.

The relatively small operations team and evolving nature of our operating model will require flexibility in adapting to meet demands of the business that will require cross functional support and may require transaction or transaction like processing to support outsourced activities.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Able to engage well with a wide network of contacts across Aviva AI using internal & external relationships.

Ability to adapt & react quickly and positively to change.

Drive, enthusiasm and strong use of personal initiative and organisational skills.

Track record of successful influencing & relationship management skills.

Experience of dealing with Suppliers
