Job description

Role Purpose

As an Assistant Manager, you will be exposed to the different aspects of operations functions and work closely with the head of People Operations on new automation and digitalization initiatives across the People functions department. As an individual contributor your daily activities will also include the following:

Employee Life Cycle/Query Management:

· 
Manage and process the employee life cycle of new hires, transferees and leavers on a timely manner and within the required timeline.

· 
Manage other Employee’s milestone life cycle including employee referral program, no pay leave, prolonged illness, sabbatical leave.

· 
Manage and provide advisory on employee queries, employee benefits programs/schemes, People’s policies and processes independently and manage stakeholders’ expectations.

· 
Manage and monitor the Peoples Operation group mailbox daily so that queries are responded with 2 days.

· 
Administer and maintain accurate and up to date Employee records in Workday and Employee Personal files (“P.File”)

· 
Support the annual salary increment/promotion exercise and any ad-hoc request in generating the required letter for signatory.

Benefit administration:

· 
Support and work closely with Flex vendor to ensure new hire enrolment and cessation of leavers and queries on Flex are processed and handled timely.

· 
Plan and work with vendor in managing the annual enrolment exercise within stipulated timeline and ensuring all employees are adequately covered.  To work out a plan for escalation between Employee Life Cycle team and vendor for any exceptional or time sensitive request.

· 
Administer and support Staff Purchase scheme, Sales Incentive Scheme and Long Service Award.

Work Visa Administration:

· 
Support the application and cessation of the required work visa in Singapore for employees who are non-Singapore citizen via MOM online portal.

Reporting

· 
Provide support in generating required reports for probation confirmation, quarterly balance score card, monthly performance bonus and bank account (to CXA), attrition, staff movement, salary changes for promotion and underwriting fulfilment.

· 
Responsible for statutory reports, surveys submission such as MOM , MAS, LIA reports and surveys
