We are a well-established temporary staffing agency. They are seeking an experienced office administrator/secretary to join the team in their London office and help the business run effortlessly on a day to day basis.
General office administrator/secretarial duties.
Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes.
Dealing with telephone/email enquiries
Creation of staff rota
Person Specification Required
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Previous experience in a similar role
. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work on your own.
Desirable but not essential
Qualified in office administration.
Experience with Sage.
Experience in payroll
Experience in accounts
Experience with invoicing.

The role is based in South London and has good public transport links.
Note: This role will involve some weekend shifts.
