About the role
As an entry level ITS Business Operations Analyst, you will be a part of the Business Operations team, which is responsible for the running of Avanade IT Services (ITS) like a business. You will be expected to innovate and improve processes, drive efforts to successful conclusion, and to learn, grow, and embrace change.
The ITS Business Operations Analyst will support ITS by:
executing the annual budgeting and IT planning process as well as monthly financial management processes.
delivering strategic and operational metrics to IT Service Owners, and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews for core ITS functions.
organizing a standard approach to metrics across the team, including customer satisfaction measures, and be responsible for the presentation of performance information.
providing coordination services to core functions, including training support, procurement, and meeting/event planning.
Qualifications
About you
You are a problem solver. You possess great organizational skills, and attention to detail, and take pride in your work. You communicate well in written and verbal interactions, and enjoy being a part of a high performing team. You enjoy working with and analysing data. You are proficient with Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and are eager to learn new technologies and apply them to your work.
You likely have one to three years of experience in administrative or operational support and either a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
