About the role
As an ITS Business Operations Analyst, you will be a part of the Business Operations team, which is responsible for the running of Avanade IT Services (ITS) like a business. You will be expected to innovate and improve processes, drive efforts to successful conclusion, and to learn, grow, and embrace change.
The ITS Business Operations Analyst will support ITS by:
· providing coordination services to core functions, including training support, procurement, and meeting/event planning.
· coordinating projects within ITS Business Operations and across ITS.
· executing the annual budgeting and IT planning process as well as monthly financial management processes.
· delivering strategic and operational metrics to IT Service Owners, and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews for core ITS functions.

You communicate well in written and verbal interactions, and enjoy being a part of a high performing team. You enjoy working with and analyzing data. You are proficient with Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and are eager to learn new technologies and apply them to your work.
You likely have one to two years of experience in administrative or operational support and either a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
