Trainee German Speaking Ecommerce Operation Assistant

August International is a UK based international company that leads the research, development and supply of consumer electronic products with the latest technology and advanced features. The company is specialized in development of wireless and smart audio and video signal receivers, decoders, streaming and display devices and wearable electronic products.

Based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with offices in UK, Germany, and China, we are currently recruiting a German Speaking Ecommerce Operation Assistant internship to join the team in our Hoddesdon Hertfordshire office.

Key Duties:
Translate product descriptions, catalogue, user manuals, website contents
Creating product listings for online sales platforms, such as Amazon, ebay etc.
Handling marketing and promotion campaigns at sales platforms, search engines and social media
Optimising search engine rankings for in-house e-commerce platform
Handling phone and email enquiries from customers

Desired profile

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Native level German speaking
High level of both written and spoken English
Good understanding of digital and social media marketing
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Candidates with fluency in multiple European languages will be prioritised
