Workplace Device Engineer with German

What will you do?

 

·  Support of IT retail/Point Of Sale and/or store systems (level back office)
·  Participation in operational meetings for ongoing problems
·  Daily checks of the environmental health and maintaining the environment state
·  Calls with client/colleagues from support teams to bring changes into the configuration
·  Automation for the repetitive tasks
·  Creating independently of documents or instructions for the respective support units
·  Communication with the customer's IT

 

 

Requirements:

 

·  Good German language (C1 rather than even B2) as essential 
·  Linux/Unix are essential
·  Microsoft Windows OS
·  Network basics
·  Programming of PowerShell, PHP, JAVA Script or Bash scripts nice to have 
·  Application management skills nice to have
·  Virtual systems (ESX, Hyper-V) nice to have
·  Experience with IT retail/POS and/or store systems nice to have
·  Readiness to work in shifts + oncall support
