The Global Tooling Services (GTS) tower develops, deploys on new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service and system management solutions on behalf of Atos Managed Services.

The Poland GTS Tower is now looking for candidates who will join the team responsible for development, operations and maintenance of Service Management tool suite ATF2 based on the “ServiceNow” solution which is used to support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and many more. Open position is Software Engineer for ServiceNow/ATF2 for candidates experienced in web programming.

The responsibilities on ServiceNow Developer position include the following (but are not limited to):

· Analyzing development requirements
· Building and presenting solution designs
· Rapid prototyping, creating, enhancing and improving existing functionalities
· Maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation
· Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
· The expectation for this position includes participation in requirement analyze and review sessions, design reviews and SCRUM meetings.

Job Requirements

Mandatory skills:

· 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
· Practical knowledge of Web Services - REST/SOAP
· Expert skills in presentation layer concepts such as progressive enhancement, responsive design, MVC, object-oriented development
· Experience with Frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap
· Familiar with relational databases
· Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
· Working in a fast-paced environment within international teams
· Good team working / interpersonal skills
· Methodical and disciplined approach to work
· Good analytical skills

Nice to have skills:

· Experience in ServiceNow platform
· Experience in agile development methodology
· Experience in working with customers

Languages:

· Fluency in spoken and written English (B2+)
· German will be a plus
