Dans le cadre de notre activité High performance computing, nous avons besoin d’un technicien de support dans notre usine d’assemblage et sur site client. Le technicien devra intervenir sur des machines en construction afin de vérifier le cahier de charge et d’expédier le matériel chez des clients.

La mission s’effectue dans notre usine d’Angers et des déplacements ponctuels doivent s’effectuer chez des clients.

Missions : 

·  Assurer le support de refroidissement à eau de serveur et d’ordinateur
·  Diagnostiquer et apporter une solution aux dysfonctionnements rapportés
·  Faire le suivi des interventions pour s’assurer de la bonne résolution des pannes

Tâches :

·  Aller sur site client et ce à l’international
·  Recherche et analyse des incidents
·  Proposition de solutions
·  Suivi des incidents et interventions
·  Participation aux formations
·  Collaboration ponctuelle sur l’installation de nouveaux sites client
·  Déplacements ponctuels pour résolution d’incidents complexes
·  Gestion matérielle et expédition

 

Qualités recherchées :

·  Bon niveau d’Anglais parlé et écrit
·  Solides connaissances en hydraulique et électrique
·  Bon contact client
·  Des notions de hardware informatique sont un plus
·  Qualité rédactionnelle et de synthèse
·  Notions en stockage et réseau est un plus
·  Rigueur et autonomie

 

Profil :

·  BAC+2/BAC+5
·  BTS
·  Première expérience en tant que technicien et/ou support
