Job description
• Troubleshoot errors on a specific functionality or item of interest within the SharePoint environment (i.e. widgets, sliders, etc)
• Troubleshoot, stage, and test selected SharePoint solutions
• Implement SharePoint lists, libraries, web parts, InfoPath forms, workflows, and SharePoint Apps
• Gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders and technical users
• Assist with user acceptance testing and the preparation of user manuals and training for SharePoint applications
• Perform front and back-end SharePoint design and development
• Administration of the SharePoint environments
• Server administration
• Team Foundation Server administration
• Incident analysis and resolution in cooperation with the application
• developers and the Front office system administrators
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and work instructions
• regarding the SharePoint environments
• Automating administration tasks
• Maintaining and enhancing security
• Standby support
• Conducting robust testing of a new application
• Monitoring, Backup/restore & Disaster recovery
• Web services administration
Five years of experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint design and customization with a focus on the design, development, and delivery of SharePoint out-of-the-box solutions as well as knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint.
• Experience with using SharePoint as a designer, creating pages, and using Web parts, including data, content, supporting services, and applicable registries
• Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums
• Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at all levels
• Ability to prepare and present briefings and training
• Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience in supporting native SharePoint 2013 solutions, which may include, sites, site collections, web parts, content types & policies, lists, libraries, workflows, forms authentication, security groups and customization'sExcellent customer services skills as this position interacts with individuals at various levels throughout the division
• Experience with SharePoint Designer 2013 and InfoPath
• Experience with simple web solution development including jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
• Required proficiency in Information technologies: operating systems,
• PowerShell scripting
