Job Description

Candidate must enjoy working in a constant process and technology evolving environment, must be able to adapt in a team and be available to work any shift. Candidate must handle constructive criticism, be self-motivated and prone to self-development. Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. Vacancy is for an IT analyst role in a 24/7 service desk providing tier 1 support via phone and chat supporting computers, mobile devices, desk phones, printers, scanners, servers, email, network connectivity, audio & web conferencing, passwords, and IT service disruptions.

Job Requirements

- Clear and effective verbal & written communication levels in English and Spanish.
- One-year customer service experience required.
- One-year technical support experience desired.
- Knowledgeable in Windows XP-Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS and Android devices.
- Full availability to work any schedule.
