Mission description

Atos International (Bezons, Ile-de-France) is looking for3 interns or apprentices for a 6-month period up to one year.

You will be joining the Global Procurement team to support further its standardization and consolidation procurement strategy, leveraging a scale of 72 countries.

- Tasks & Responsibilities

Teaming-up with Global Lead Buyers, the intern will :

- Support on-going corporate and international procurement projects and contribute to negotiate and conclude contracts (commercial and legal aspects)

- Follow the RFx process, Negotiation and Contracting steps – possibly drive projects yourself!

- Contribute to rationalize the Atos supplier base

- Assist in benchmarking projects

- Interface with international stakeholders (local purchasing teams and global teams, local business operations)

- Communicate to stakeholders about the actions led by the Global Purchasing on the assigned categories

Profil

Student in a Master program (Bac +4/5) specialized in Procurement/ Supply chain. You have already a proven experience of 4-6 month in a company, preferably international.

You have the following qualities and skills :

- Strong Analytical and negotiations skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- « Can-do » attitude and open mind-set

- Fluent in English and French
