For our offices in Milan, Rome, Bari and Naples and within the ServiceNow Practice of Atos Italia, we’re looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst with solid background in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, HRSD, WSD.

 

The candidate will work in a team and provide process, business and functional analysis, user acceptance test support and training on applications based on ServiceNow as a core technology.

The role provides:

·  Final product quality responsibility;
·  Key users direct interaction;
·  Process, Business and Functional Analyis;
·  Technical Writing based on common process modelling tools and relevant artifacts
·  Solution design covering both functional, applicative and technological aspects
·  User Acceptance Test support
·  Technical Training on the delivered solutions

 

It is also important to demonstrate the distinctive capabilities to manage relationships in a multidisciplinary context (Business and Technologies).

 

The preferential selection criteria are:

·  Same role in the consultancy industry for at least 2 years;
·  Business Analysis certifications (IIBA, PMI PBA or equivalent);
·  Scrum Master certification
·  ServiceNow active certifications (San Diego release)

Main ServiceNow required competence is at least one of the following:

·  ITSM processes definition (incident, problem, change, knowledge, request)
·  CMDB and CSDM definition
·  ITAM processes definition (SAM, HAM)
·  SPM processes definition
·  ITOM visibility, health and optimization
·  HR processes definition

As a plus predictive intelligence and machine learning skills are also appreciated.

Project methodology skills are also required, such asAgile Scrum.

Languages

·  Italian mother tongue, English: good knowledge, written and spoken.

Education
