We are actively looking to fill a Tier 3 Support Engineer role. This position requires excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional technical knowledge. Responsibilities will include supporting large scale online services, hardware investigations, cross-group collaboration and following documented procedures to execute testing and other SOP.

· Coordinating with team members (in/out of shift) to manage daily workload
· Ownership of monthly VM patching process and automate process
· Ownership of monthly Container image release process and automate process using automation framework
· Take on firmware qualifications – weekly iterations
· Troubleshoot live HW/SW component issues as needed in lab/prod
· Automation of SKU TestSuite manual steps into Powershell scripts for SKU qualification automation (Advanced Powershell skills required)
· Managing configurations and hardware deployments in datacenters throughout the world
· Service Automation via scripting and process improvements
· Developing tools and processes to make the team more effective and efficient
· Report workload and project status weekly

Job Requirements

· 3 years exp. Supporting and managing enterprise production systems
· Able to troubleshoot complex network and/or hardware issues
· Hardware component/Firmware working knowledge (Upgrade/downgrade/troubleshooting)
· 3 years exp. automating tasks in PowerShell/Advanced PowerShell experience – Advanced PowerShell skills
· C# - Nice to have
· 4 years Windows Server exp
