The role

As Solutions Sales at Atos you are the driver in a complex playing field. You are the go-to person for mid to large sized organizations in helping them succeed in their digital journey. The scope is very broad, as you will work together with customers in different industries (e.g. Manufacturing, Banking, Public, Healthcare). As Solution Sales you bring the best Digital solutions in front of our existing or potential new customers. With the right solutions we can help them realize their ambition and goals. Building relationship, good listening skills, entrepreneurship and discovering new leads are key in this role.

As a Solution Sales you will be responsible for maintain existing relationships with our customers, but also develop new business with a strong expertise on one of multiple of our offerings. These offerings can be tailormade or are already in our Atos B&PS portfolio and can be related to for example Cloudification, User experience, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence.

The team

This is a dynamic position within Atos with lots of freedom and responsibility. In the selling of our solutions you will work closely with a team of solutions experts and delivery executives. The Solution sales reports to the Head of Sales B&PS. Your work location will be our office in Zaventem, but also the clients’ offices across Belgium.

Growing within Atos there are many opportunities, one of them is growing into the role of Client Executive where you will be responsible for one or multiple large accounts.

Who are you

· You have a Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce or IT;
· 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within IT Solution services domain;
· Strong communication and presentation skills;
· Emotional intelligence to build and manage strong customer relationships;
· Ability to articulate our solutions into a value proposition and answer the customer needs;
· Team player as well as a self-starter;
· Preferably having affinity with IT and knowledge on one or several offerings that we offer in B&PS (Cloud, BI, AI, UX etc.);
· You are flexible, positive minded, pro-active and eager to learn and develop.
